After months of deliberation and online browsing, I finally bit the bullet to trade-in my 'old reliable' for a newer, safer and more reliable vehicle. I was leary after not having a car payment for many years, and really didn't want to begin another one now! I knew a price range going in and wasn't going to settle for much more or less than I had in mind. Pete and Matt were a FANTASTIC team that worked within hours of my entering the building to get me into a car that I felt safe in and could travel the snowy Western Pennsylvania roads securely with my 12 year old daughter. They took my trade with no argument and we negotiated a downpayment that I was satisfied with. "enjoyable experience "

We really enjoyed the experience. I had purchased a Nissan from this dealer in 2005 and had a good experience. They have gotten even better today. "Treated me with Respect!"

I had been looking online and on dealer lots for nearly 3 weeks before I met my salesperson, Peter. He was more concerned with helping me find what I wanted than just "selling" me something I was not sure about. He started the process online by responding to my email in less than 10 minutes. When i arrived at the dealership he greeted me with a cold bottle of water and we began the test drives. (he was patient I wanted to drive 4 different cars) After that I was set on a 2012 Nissan Rogue but was not sure if it would fit in my budget. Peter went over both a purchase option, and a lease option. After a quick lunch and some time to decide, I leased my Rogue, it has been 3 weeks since I did this and Peter has contacted me twice to check in on me and the owner PJ called me today to thank me for my purchase. All of the folks I met at the dealership were outstanding from Peter my salesman, to Jim who set up my financing, to Donald who set up my first oil appointment. This place is top notch, it reminds me of the way business was done 40 years ago!
