If you're familiar with auto shows, or have ever been to one, then you likely know that automakers typically like to showcase some of their latest and greatest concept vehicles and while some of the concepts are strictly for show-and-tell purposes, others are on their way to being realized as legitimate offerings. This year at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show, Nissan brought a model which fit the latter category.
With its size, shape, and design being similar to the Nissan Rogue crossover SUV, Nissan's latest concept vehicle, the Nissan Hi-Cross Concept is rumored to be the newest version of the Rogue. While it's only speculation now, some are positing that the new concept will be the next all-new Nissan model to hit showrooms across the U.S. going on sale in the early summer of 2013.
Industry experts say that the new Rogue will likely follow in the footsteps of the all-new versions of the seven-passenger 2013 Nissan Pathfinder SUV, the compact 2013 Nissan Sentra, and the popular 2013 Nissan Altima midsize sedan becoming the next all-new Nissan vehicle.
