Nissan and… Food Trucks?

Adding to Nissan's list of inventive concept cars, the Japanese automaker recently showed off two concept food trucks at the 2011 Los Angeles International Auto Show. That's right, Nissan is looking to become a supplier of food vending vehicles throughout the US.
Nissan built a number of concept food trucks using the Nissan NV Van as their base. Features and upgrades for the food trucks include fold-out serving windows, work counters, interchangeable kitchenettes…
